The project is located in Idu industrial Layout, Abuja. With a land plot of 9,982sqm, 30 minutes from the Central Business District, Abuja. The Building is 4,510sqm and consists of Office, Production and Warehouse area combined in one building. The façade design of this building is inspired by the old and Contemporary Architecture.

It is aimed to be a functional design providing shade and solar protection. The office does not rely only on glass performance to prevent heat, but also shaded by an overhanging steel framed canopy, carefully designed to prevent direct sunlight from entering the building throughout the year. With proper protection from direct light, users inside the building can enjoy enhanced indoor environment quality.

Interior WoodWork Limited is a Leading Nigeria based Furniture manufacturer that has been involved in the design and manufacturing of Bespoke Furniture for over 15years. This building is the production headquarter of the company located in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. This is where every process of the furniture Manufacturing is handled, from research and development, design, cutting and edging to production, assembly and installation.

The management of Interior Woodwork Limited was considering an expansion and remodeling of their Factory at Idu Industrial layout to meet international and contemporary standards. In this regard the principal partner of Conceptstudios limited Arc Pedro was consulted and our firm was later appointed as Prime consultants to the project. The scope of services covered architectural Design and Project management services necessary for the completion of the project.
